一頭からわずかしか取れない幻の逸品です。サシが非常にきれいで、きめ細やかな霜降りで口の中ですぐにとろけてしまいます。その中でも三角バラが最高級の霜降りと言われています。馬肉の脂は人の体温で溶ける為、脂っぽさは全くありませんのでいくらでも食べれます。別名『馬肉のトロ』と呼ばれるほどです。”
