This is the second in the series of horse sashimi served with a slightly different sauce. This time, we tried it with "raayu with hwasyo" (raayu with Chinese pepper).
The best combination with "raayu with pepper" is the special red meat! The concentrated flavor of the red meat and the sensation of numbness are irresistible. If you do not like spicy food, we recommend using less spicy raayu. It is even better with shiragane onion!
